Offene und ehrliche Kommunikation, Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten, Kollegen- und Mitarbeiterumgang, Strukturierte Arbeitsprozesse. Es kommt etwas auf die Position an, dadurch dass ich bereits im Fitnessstudio als auch im Office gearbeitet habe, kann ich beides als recht gut beurteilen. Das Unternehmen versucht, dass sich jeder Mitarbeiter wohl fühlt. Auch wenn es mal Probleme oder Missverständnisse gibt, ist es dem Unternehmen wichtig dass sich jeder wohlfühlt und gibt sein Bestes dieses zu fixen.
