Unfortunately, I haven’t had enough perspective to identify what works particularly well at the company. Since my experience has mainly focused on the hiring process and the two-day trial period, I can primarily share my impressions of that stage.

The main area for improvement concerns communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Greater transparency from the outset—particularly regarding compensation—would foster a better understanding of each party’s expectations. It would also be helpful to improve follow-up with candidates, particularly by prioritizing personalized responses rather than automated ones, in order to show appreciation for the time they have invested in the process.

Much has moved in a positive direction in the last 2 years. There are problems everywhere, some of the old management team would certainly still have to be replaced. This will certainly take a moment, and depends heavily on the department - some have been completely renewed and are now in a good position. Others are still struggling. Long-serving employees in particular are sometimes the problem.

stop transferring old stock from one branch to another to renew unsold stock by computer. be more human with deliverymen and logisticians. too much time wasted and deliverymen overloaded on the road. forbid working 17 hours in a row between logistics and drivers on the road, and paying overtime 2 years later. last point, favouritism for family employees
