Unfortunately, I haven’t had enough perspective to identify what works particularly well at the company. Since my experience has mainly focused on the hiring process and the two-day trial period, I can primarily share my impressions of that stage.

The main area for improvement concerns communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Greater transparency from the outset—particularly regarding compensation—would foster a better understanding of each party’s expectations. It would also be helpful to improve follow-up with candidates, particularly by prioritizing personalized responses rather than automated ones, in order to show appreciation for the time they have invested in the process.
