Incompetent management level after major departures
In 2016, after a cultural change, most competent managers understandably resigned from their positions, the new carpet floor made completely questionable decisions regarding recruitment, strategy, etc. It's been a ship without a captain ever since.

Swisslux used to be a great company!
The company has always tried to provide employees with a pleasant working environment: Common lunches, air-conditioned rooms and reasonably decent PC's / mobile phones (depending on the role) are provided. Until 2016, I would have said that Swisslux was an exemplary employer. After almost the entire management team (head of department, managing director) had been replaced at the same time, things changed.
