Instead of looking for a fair solution, old, long-known shortcomings were brought up to justify the dismissal. That is an absolute no-go. The department management is completely incompetent and disrespectful. Employees are not perceived as people, but merely as numbers. Appreciation or humanity are sought in vain here.

After my application for an advertised vacancy and the interviews, I always received the feedback that the person in charge is occupied at the moment and would call back. But these were empty promises. Nevertheless there was finally a feedback with the rejection and a reason for rejection, which apparently had nothing to do with me but is related to the internal organization (unforeseen restructuring and therefore they do not need me as an employee). I took the application seriously and it was clear to me that I would take time off several times for the interviews. The putting off over 2 months, repeated discussions during the working time and then such a reason for refusal is unfair and does not speak so positively about this employer (location ZH).
