Potential for improvement - That's very difficult. As I perceived it, not even management training would help, because everything is so gridlocked. Bauhaus AG (administration in Belp) is in a rather poor position. The management style is so outdated and full of mistrust. In my opinion, the 5-star ratings should also be questioned rather critically.

I worked twice in the Niederwangen branch. I can recommend Bauhaus as an employer, albeit with one but. It depends very much on who is currently in charge of the branch and which department you report to. At a taster day, simply ask the employees whether there are many changes in the respective department. Because from this you can well deduce whether you have applied for a "stable department" or whether it is one with many construction sites. For retail trade conditions wages and working hours are good and the employees are a colourful mixture of down-to-earth people who are available for any fun.
