I got a rejection on my application as a buyer. What bothers me about it is the very long processing time (9 weeks) and the cancellation by standard text / mail. An applicant is expected to take 2-3 hours for an attractive cover letter. Applicants deserve more than just the reason "we have candidates who meet our requirements even better". How can I learn something from my application? Modern employers give applicants something back in which they also become more concrete (training xy missing).

Each division of RUAG has its own challenges, but in RUAG Aviation much is changed and old customs are cut off. That doesn't suit everyone, but those who want to change something will find the right environment here.
