Cancellation with long waiting periods
Can take a lot of time to decide and after a long wait gets the cancellation by phone reason there is no reason. pity

"Young" is trumps!
This works well in the company
Promotion of "young talents", i.e. low-cost employees under 30 years of age.
This could be improved
Not only promoting the "boys". The interesting works are simply taken away from the "old ones". Who resists gets on the sidetrack!

The infrastructure was good. The activity very interesting but the strategic decisions and the information flow was very poor. The reorganization is taking the company even deeper into the spin.

Dynamic company with many initiatives. Like everywhere, not all gold that glitters is gold. Many new ideas and concepts bring a breath of fresh air into partly dusty areas. The change process has now been started and is continuing. Here you can move and reach a lot!
