Das in allen Landesteilen vertretene Unternehmen beschäftigt rund 8'900 Mitarbeitende und bildet aktuell 330 Lernende aus. Zur Manor Gruppe gehören 59 Manor Warenhäuser, 30 Manor Food Supermärkte und 27 Manora Restaurants. Der Umsatz der Manor AG verteilt sich auf die Segmente Non-Food (71%), Food (25%) und Restaurant (4%). Insgesamt führt Manor über eine Million Artikel von rund 2'800 Lieferanten aus der ganzen Welt. Davon sind rund 700 lokale Produzenten, die saisonale und lokale Produkte in die Manor Food Märkte liefern.

This works well in the company

As a shopping center, it's very good, with lots of discounts and good quality. I enjoy shopping there.

This could be improved

Not working well and needs to be improved: -Work instructions are unclear, no induction or training system for new employees -Working conditions are not followed -Toxic working relationships -Lack of collegiality and team spirit -Weak leadership

This works well in the company

I can recommend people purchasing goods at Manor cause of the good quality of their products.

This could be improved

I was rentrenched last month. I must say it was unexpected and painful. I am still working at Manor,I think the company can do better,the working conditions are poor. Employees deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. However,there is so much tension and retrenchment is personal most of the time,cause they continue recruiting and it doesn't make sense. If a company is downsizing inoder to reduce cost why still hire? Still doesn't sense. All the best!

Working atmosphere in our team was great - that's also the only thing.

This could be improved

No structure, poor leadership, no transparency & arbitrary decisions. Unfortunately, the wrong people get promoted.... Very poor benefits.
