To strengthen our management teams in our department stores in the German-speaking Switzerland (regions Zurich, Northwestern Switzerland, Central Plateau and Eastern Switzerland) we are looking immediately or by arrangement for committed Floor Managers 100% (m/f/d) for our sales worlds Fashion (women's, men's and children's fashion, lingerie and accessories), Beauty (perfumery and cosmetics) as well as Hardgoods (home, household and leisure).

We are looking for inspiring, entrepreneurial-minded leaders with a passion for retail and a strong understanding of business key figures (KPIs). You know how to motivate your teams, promote talents and achieve sustainable sales and business success together.

• You are the driving force of sales activity on the floor: With your active presence, your service orientation and your positive attitude, you make the difference.
• You promote omnichannel solutions by motivating your team to use digital tools in sales, such as instore ordering, to offer customers a modern and seamless shopping experience.
• You actively contribute to acquiring and retaining new customers by implementing targeted and effective measures.
• You lead your team in daily operations, motivate employees and promote their development with commitment and enthusiasm.
• You plan staff deployment flexibly according to priorities and operational requirements and respond confidently to unforeseen situations.
• You accompany apprentices with appreciation and consistency to promote their professional and personal development.
• You conduct employee and HR discussions (recruitment, development, appraisal and exit) professionally and with the necessary sensitivity.
• You analyse sales results (turnover, margins, KPIs) and derive concrete measures to improve performance.
• You are a true ambassador for an outstanding customer experience and ensure first-class service.
• You ensure optimal product presentation on the sales floor and compliance with visual merchandising standards.
• You ensure professional stock management and compliance with internal guidelines as well as legal requirements.

• You have solid experience in retail, ideally in a premium or luxury environment.
• Ideally, you have training as a vocational trainer and a basic sales qualification (EFZ or equivalent). This is a great advantage for supporting and developing your team.
• You bring initial successful leadership experience and know the challenges of the retail business as well as the processes on the sales floor.
• You understand how to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele with professionalism, style and strong service orientation.
• You are solution-oriented, keep a cool head even in hectic situations and know how to motivate your team.
• You are confident with digital tools and interested in technological solutions that facilitate work and improve the customer experience.
• You have good to very good French language skills in spoken and written form. Knowledge of another national language is an advantage.
