There is significant room for improvement. From the very beginning, I felt neither welcome nor truly integrated into the team. Despite my efforts to contribute, I received little support from my colleagues. There was no structured onboarding program, and expectations were set too high from the start without sufficient guidance. This made it difficult for me to effectively settle into the role. On-site support and guidance were inadequate. I did not feel adequately guided or supported, and there was a clear lack of structured onboarding and employee support. Management was rarely present. My team leader was rarely available and did not inquire about my performance or my overall situation. Communication was poor. I was informed of the termination of my assignment only via email, without a prior in-person conversation. I learned of the termination of my contract through an automated message, without any consultation with my supervisor. During my employment, there was no structured feedback, and the hiring process was disorganized and required repeated follow-ups. Overall, I had expected a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and consideration toward employees. Based on my experience, I would advise potential applicants to carefully review these aspects before applying.

Unfortunately, nothing. At gersag, I had to go through the worst period of my professional career.
