The only positive aspects worth mentioning are the group meals and team events at the beginning, as well as the short decision-making processes within a small team. However, these points quickly lose their significance once you experience the actual day-to-day work and how management interacts with employees. While it is possible to work independently and take on responsibility, this often stems more from a lack of support and a consistently high workload than from targeted employee development.

At first, the company makes a very positive impression. There are group meals, team events, and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, this doesn’t last long. It’s a small team, and you work closely with management—and that’s the biggest problem. Management’s tone is at times very disrespectful, condescending, and emotional toward all employees. Employees are criticized and humiliated in front of others during team meetings. Sometimes you’re invited to ongoing meetings where the focus is mainly on listing what went wrong, without offering constructive solutions or concrete support. You’re confronted with accusations delivered in an inappropriate tone. At the same time, you witness firsthand how other employees are treated in this manner as well. This explains the many resignations in such a short period of time. Additional tasks and assignments are often assigned, even though the time allocated for them is not increased accordingly. As a result, work pressure increases steadily, and realistic planning becomes more difficult. Looking back, I regret my decision to start working at this company.
