Since our customers are spread throughout Switzerland, it can sometimes be challenging to keep track of everything and coordinate it all effectively. However, there have already been significant improvements in this area. The efforts to further optimize processes and organization are clearly evident and are having a positive impact.

Innotrixx AG has a high employee turnover. Due to the growth and constant changes in management, many things have developed negatively. There are few processes and employee management is inadequate. The distribution of responsibilities is unclear. A great deal is demanded of them, for which their remuneration is inadequate. In the end, customer satisfaction also suffers. The way in which mistakes are dealt with is not exemplary. Employees' shortcomings are discussed in their absence. There is a lack of trust and discretion.

The management style is not satisfactory: - Respect and integrity are not actively exemplified. - Decisions are made rashly and changed again at short notice the next day, which leads to uncertainty and inefficiency.

Unfortunately, the negative aspects predominate at Innotrixx AG. Communication from the top is inadequate and there is a lack of genuine appreciation. Anyone who values transparency, fairness and career opportunities should think carefully about whether this company is the right choice.
