I applied and was called for a first interview in March 18, I was called to 4 more interviews over a period fo 3 months, and after the last the last interview, was told that I was unsuccessful because they changed the role spec and were looking now for something different, more project lead oriented. I think is very unprofessional to wait for 3 months to take a decision in a candidate and call a person to assist to 5 personal interviews, with the time and money invested on it, also to change the role spec in the middle of the process . I will never apply gain for any roles with this company and cannot recommend to apply to anyone else.
