I have been working at Spitz for a year and I still like it here as much as I did at the beginning. Durxh the helpfulness and openness I had no trouble integrating and felt quickly accepted. The communication is based on eye level. Appreciation is shown and employees are taken seriously, also by the management and PDL. It is noticeable that value is placed on the well-being of the employees. The handling of error culture is always addressed and the management communicates this at eye level and includes the opinions of employees for the improvement of services. The wages are also good, I must say. There are no late-early changes in scheduling by management. There are also no split shifts only in case of sick leave, but most of the time another solution is found and thus the split shift almost never happens. Care is also taken that employees do not work much overtime.
This could be improved
The employer is always trying to develop and has achieved a lot. Therefore, nothing that I can mention here.

I have come to know the pflegezentrum im Spitz as a pleasant employer. There is a sense of appreciation here. The residents are very much at the center here. Very friendly staff and very friendly management. Communication between staff and management is at eye level. Suggestions are taken seriously. Excellent training and continuing education opportunities are offered here. Very good location (easy to reach by public transport), good parking facilities, cool employee offers (free swimming pool subscription, free admission to en Zurich Zoo, discounts for restaurants, free fruit and fruit every day...).

I worked in this company for 4 years. In the beginning I liked it very much and we had a great team. The house is very progressive regarding further education and quality management. I moved to the main house after about 2 years. Dealing with the MA leaves much to be desired, especially where the office of the line is also stationed. I felt that I was hardly valued, there was hardly any trust in the MA, we were constantly being checked and troubleshooted. The MA's freedom of decision was severely restricted and communication was sometimes very disrespectful. Savings are made where savings can only be made, MA are reduced to a minimum and are hardly listened to, which entails burnout and waves of layoffs. I'm glad I left the company in time some time ago.
This could be improved
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the operation at all. The management is fixated on austerity measures and hardly interested in the MA. Improvement would be necessary in the complete line.
