The team and working atmosphere at BRACK.CH is unique. There is a loose and nevertheless professional contact between the employees, as well as the superiors and the management. If there is a problem, you can turn without problems to the supervisor, who takes care of the topic and helps. I can only recommend Competec as an employer, even if certain structures are certainly not yet ideal due to the rapid growth. A lot of freedom is offered and you can make a difference in this company yourself.

I have been working for BRACK.CH for years and have worked in various departments, positions and roles. I'm very lucky to be able to do my dream job here! BRACK.CH gives me great freedom in the performance of my job. My honest and direct opinion always finds an open ear in the company's open feedback culture - both among employees and superiors. BRACK.CH is over all surely a good employer. The working atmosphere is very pleasant, you get a lot of freedom. The company makes an effort to value its employees. How this really happens depends on the specific superior. In my opinion, the management levels are somewhat rigid. Promotions and measurable valuations are awarded very sparsely. Some management positions are filled according to criteria of sympathy rather than qualification. However, the management makes an effort to keep up with the times and become a "modern employer".

You have the opportunity to develop, grow and advance professionally or in personnel management. It takes initiative and will. Of course, not every department is the same, and every supervisor has a say in it. All in all, I have learned a lot over the years and have received space and support for development. My performance is appreciated (I can feel it) and the climate is very familiar despite the size of the company. I would say comparable with SMEs and not with large companies. Like many others, the company has undergone a number of upheavals and has always remained agile. Here you are open to new ideas and are always looking for further development for your business. This leaves the MA room to bring in ideas if you want to do it yourself. You enjoy a lot of freedom! Some processes and systems did not quite keep pace with the rapid growth. I'm sure there's still work to be done. However, this does not limit my opinion in my assessment as an employer. There is a special positive spirit in this company and not everyone is made for it. I personally enjoy working for Competec and can warmly recommend this employer.

The corporate culture is questioned and developed together with employees. The communication is as open as possible and there is a pleasant atmosphere in the company. In addition to internal training offers that can be used free of charge, the employees receive very good fringe benefits. I am well promoted here and am very satisfied with my job.
