I can't say—I was only involved in the application process

Overall, the application process struck me as somewhat outdated and not particularly respectful. Outdated communication: Communication was consistently formal (“Sie”). Especially from a modern employer, I would have expected communication on an equal footing. Communication with the contact person: I did not feel that the communication was on an equal footing. In particular, the response to my transparent statement regarding my salary expectations left me with the impression that it was more patronizing than collaborative. Handling of salary expectations: I consider it entirely legitimate for an employer to have a specific salary range. It is equally legitimate for applicants to clarify before a face-to-face interview whether the financial terms are fundamentally compatible. Instead of communicating this directly, my salary expectations were interpreted as an indication that my motivation for changing jobs was primarily based on compensation. For me, compensation—alongside job duties, responsibilities, development opportunities, and company culture—is a fundamental component of the overall package. In my view, open communication about this should be part of a modern and professional hiring process. Suggestion for improvement: More communication on an equal footing, a contemporary approach, and a transparent handling of mutual expectations—especially regarding the terms and conditions of a potential employment relationship.

Wages always on time. Staff restaurant good quality catering

No appreciation. More needs to be invested in the driving service. Better training. The duty rosters are poor. Excessively long attendance times of up to 14 hours are very tiring.

Colleagues are very open-minded. Nice canteen.

Very long duty shifts are counterproductive. Lack of video surveillance in the vehicles.
