Frankly it is very pleasant to work here, the respect of the customer is a point of honor of this company, the quality of the services and the products...

A lot of work, but work is health... so with willpower you can do anything... Learning and understanding the management program can be scary, but once you get the hang of it, it's perfect.

Pleasant and collegial working atmosphere. Very good earning potential. Supervisors are very helpful and fair. Fixed day off.

Actually, nothing to criticize. Some processes could be simpler.

The teams harmonize very well, the relationships are sometimes of a very friendly nature, at least those colleagues who have been with us for a long time.

Internal communication could be refined and define precise responsibilities.

In the kitchen and bath division you have excellent training. 5 months with full pay. The training is perfectly coordinated and allows valuable knowledge within a very short time.

I can only report positive things. The only potential for improvement would be 6 weeks of vacation:-)

Very high earning potential with good commitment. The team is like a second family, be it in bad or good times. Many innovations such as modern work technology. With interest and good performance, there are also career opportunities. As during the Corona pandemic, there was support from Fust and Coop!

There are some small points which could be improved but everyone has a different view. The important thing is that the benefits overrumplet this and it does! Since not every person has the same opinion or knowledge, this also makes it a bit more difficult. I recommend the professionalism must be maintained by the upper floor what has to do with work not in accordance with instructions! As this has a great impact on the clientele / the team and the future work.
