Poor infrastructure and little knowledge
Senseless 4-hour assessment. What for? That's what the probationary period is for! Too small a room with a lot of people in it, an imposition. The toilet is in the middle of the room. Poor infrastructure. Too much arrogance and too little knowledge.
You don't just hire someone and see if they're suitable. That would be a waste of time for the company and the employee.
If you can't write an assessment correctly, maybe you shouldn't question the "knowledge" of the company.
The assessment obviously worked well. You weren't hired. Right choice.
The development team could not hide its demotivation from me as an applicant. The interview was resinous. The dissatisfaction is great, the bad atmosphere is very noticeable. The wage offer was clearly too low and not customary in the industry and at the local level. I turned the job down.
- Communication: If none exists. The newspaper often tells you what the next steps are.
- Career / Further education: Further training opportunities are not offered or are fully at the expense of the employee.
