Great working atmosphere, great people, there is a lot of trust, we can work very independently, what is also really great are the 6 weeks of vacation that are available to us and can be flexibly divided. I am very happy to be part of the 4Insiders family and to have been able to develop both professionally and personally.

The application process was very quick. I didn't have to wait long for feedback either. It's a young and motivated team. I find the many contacts with employees and customers very nice and varied. Everyone is very cordial and you are always supported. They contribute to a fitness subscription and public transport for the commute to work, and the working hours are also great.

But since I am so satisfied, I can only mention how much I enjoy working at 4insiders and I have never been so appreciated for the work I have done in any of my previous companies. I am perfectly happy and see no potential for improvement at the moment.

I haven't been with 4insiders for long, but I felt right at home from day one. I thought the introduction, including my own internal training, was great and I was able to learn a lot from experienced HR consultants. Good performance and extra miles are valued. I think it's great that you have the option of a bonus in addition to a good fixed salary.

Can not think of anything in a hurry that I would like to have different. :)
