Satisfied all around, at the moment I have no suggestions for improvement

A very good atmosphere, lots of phone contact with customers and workers, perfect for someone who likes to do that.

In this job you need to be communicative, so not for everyone. I don't see any potential for improvement at the moment :)

I have been part of 4insiders for a long time and still feel very comfortable. 4insiders and my office are like a small family to me. You are encouraged and supported here. If I ever have a problem, they take care of it and try to find the best possible solution for me and, of course, for the company.

In every company, there are things you might prefer to do and things you like less. The main thing is that you can identify with the company, and I can do that 120%.

- 6 weeks vacation! Wow! - up to CHF 800 per year towards your fitness subscription! - 50% reimbursement for the way to work (public transport) - good and professional introduction to the job - flexible working hours/block times - relaxed, open manners (everyone on a first-name basis) - very modern IT system - further education is supported - possibility of advancement from personnel consultant to branch manager/ branch management

I see no potential for improvement. The staff is very polite, and always trying to bring me up to date as quickly as possible.

No idea what runs well in the company that what I was allowed to experience proves the opposite

I was terminated because I have wage garnishment. However, the staff was informed and initially stated that it was not a problem... so you give that as a reason because no one else is present

4insiders is very dynamic and uncomplicated at the same time! I feel as a young and motivated woman here exactly right!

Unfortunately no possibility to work part-time during further education.

Here man is seen, you are not a number! You will be appreciated here and good performance and above-average commitment will be rewarded! I feel very comfortable here and am happy to be a 4insider. :)

To the already 6 weeks holidays still another 7 to make ;) Otherwise I see no potential for improvement.

Very fast application process, I didn't have to wait long for an answer. The interview was very cordial. Unfortunately it didn't work out for me, but you could explain to me exactly why it wasn't enough. No empty phrases.

For me it is understandable today why I did not receive the job, therefore I have no suggestions for improvement. Unfortunately, I cannot judge the company itself very well.

I have been employed at 4insiders for about 2 years and am still very happy! I love customer contact, so this position is just right for me!

If you don't like customer contact and prefer to "hide" behind a PC, this is not the right place.
