I have been part of the 4insiders family for over a year :) I'm very glad I stumbled on 4insiders. Work never becomes boring because every day is different, exciting and instructive. I've been comfortable since the first second. We will be informed about every step in the company (whether it is the establishment of new offices or other changes and news) on Time. I really appreciate the flat hierarchy. At 4insiders there is no typical "chief-employee relationship". We trust each other 100%!!! At the age of 21, I earn above-average wages. We also have six weeks vacation. I can't think of a better employer.

I have wished for a "Töggelikaste" for our Tempis. Promt stand this in our office. I have no further suggestions for improvement.

A young team in which you are a co-entrepreneur yourself and can work very independently, bring your own ideas and implement them are part of day-to-day business. What motivates me very much in the 6 years is the professional advancement and that I can learn new things every day. The atmosphere is very familiar in the whole team up to the management. 6 weeks holiday! It's not taken for granted in this day and age.

Right now, there's nothing I could improve. Sounds funny but it's like this :-)

4insiders is a very good employer who respects and values people. You can get involved individually and influence many things. The cohesion in the whole team including the superior is respectful and strong. Since 5 years I am with joy and plan to stay for a long time. I would like to mention the above-average salary and the pleasant working hours.

In short: I have no room for improvement! I am happy and satisfied :)

I've been a happy 4insider for years! I can stand 200% behind the philosophy of 4insiders. Due to the great responsibility and independence I have never felt like an employee but as a co-entrepreneur. Top wages, a lot of freedom due to the flexible working hours. I have always felt very comfortable and always enjoyed going to work.

I moved to Lucerne for love. It is a pity that 4insiders is not (yet) represented in Lucerne.

No suggestions for improvement at the moment, I have been a proud 4insiders employee for 9 years :)

4insiders ist ein sehr dynamisches Unternehmen. Wir sind Macher und setzen unsere Massnahmen effizient um, das gefällt mir sehr gut. Das Arbeitsklima ist überaus angenehm, da alle Mitarbeiter zielorientiert arbeiten und das Wohl der Firma im Fokus haben. Bei 4insiders erfahre ich zudem Wertschätzung und Vertrauen, was ich enorm würdige.

Da 4insiders mit ihren Geschäftsstellen in der D-CH vertreten ist, kommen meine Sprachkenntnisse zu kurz. Aber was solls, dann lese ich wieder mal ein Buch in einer Fremdsprache oder buche Ferien :-)

Great employer! It makes it possible to work very independently. Family atmosphere, flexible working hours. Satisfied employee for 9 years :)
