The expectations on the part of management were not clear, and at the same time I felt that the work organization was poorly coordinated. Tasks and responsibilities were not always clearly defined, and decisions were sometimes communicated at short notice or in a non-transparent manner.

I work at Öko Service Schweiz AG and I'm very happy about it. We have a great team where people feel really comfortable and support each other. The salary is fair and attractive, and there's even a free parking space - which I really appreciate. I particularly like the fact that we are always treated to lunch together as a thank you. The work-life balance is also good: The working hours are pleasant and leave enough room for private life. I can wholeheartedly recommend Öko Service Schweiz AG as an employer!
