This could be improved

They should take better care of the apprentices. I have the feeling that I'm just cheap labor and that I'm not there primarily to learn the profession. Almost every criticism is pointless and nothing changes, regardless of whether you go to the LPB or the company's vocational manager, I've given up trying to change anything. Every apprentice leaves the company after their apprenticeship. It's a shame because I know what potential Tertianum has. I wouldn't do it again. It's different in every company and I don't want to generalize, but responsibility and passion are different.

Very beautiful surroundings (Thun), 10 minutes from the train station. Good support, appreciation and guidance from management. Problems are tackled head on. Positive atmosphere. Professional development and internal promotion opportunities are encouraged. Requests such as fixed working days for mothers and fathers are taken into account. Cool employee events. Relaxed interdisciplinary interaction. You culture throughout the company. Wide range of internal training opportunities.

Half fare is paid, but no contribution to the GA travelcard. As almost everywhere in the care sector, salaries are never adjusted to age, which means that new staff can earn more than long-serving employees.
