The answers to my questions were clear. There seems to be a clear distribution of roles in the squad. At least my impression after the conversation wasn't negative. The position was not so clearly defined. Surprised me.

I see no need for improvement in the application process. Was a little disappointed about the "modern" workplace. Working behind furniture and a glass wall is rather old-fashioned. This was too thick. I finally canceled.

Cooperation with colleagues in a team. The premises are modern.

More trust in employees and less control. Too many reports and outdated procedures block the workflow.

Free coffee, free water (from the tap), fresh fruit, mobility on site.

Employees don't count. Superiors take credit and blame mistakes. A lot is demanded, but little is given.

The workplace is modern and air-conditioned. The location is also close to the main railway station.

Little trust in employees. Cumbersome work processes and low fault tolerance.
