Unfortunately, there are currently no positive aspects to highlight regarding the Bern Lung League.

Many employees leave the organization after a relatively short time, resulting in the loss of valuable knowledge and placing an additional burden on the remaining teams. Dissatisfaction among the workforce is clearly evident and is further exacerbated by a lack of communication and a lack of appreciation. Anyone seeking a stable, professionally managed, and long-term motivating work environment is likely to be disappointed here.
