Due to the fast and uncomplicated application process, no potential for improvement was found.

I have had contact with mediators on one or two occasions, but I have never met such a good recruit as Mrs Lang. Even though we have only spoken on the telephone and not for very long, she has got to the heart of the matter, has given me the necessary impulses and also appears absolutely authentic and very experienced.

Good impression regarding the cooperation between L&G employees.

The applicant should be sent possible job advertisements and/or written to from time to time and asked where he/she is with the job search. So he should not be forgotten.

Considering that I, as an applicant, can only assess this point to a limited extent, I got the impression that this company is very well structured. Therefore, the whole application process was well thought out, well organized and the employees were very helpful. The recruiters are very nice and always concerned about the welfare of their clients.
