Very good preparation of the candidate for the interview. They explained very clearly to me personally what I can expect during the interview and how I present my strong points so that my chances are high.

I was presented with two offers at a company. I applied for one of those jobs. The other one was "extra". During an interview at the company it quickly became clear that the first position was almost taken internally. Unfortunately my profile did not really fit to the other one. I think - a small misunderstanding in the application process. Everything else is fine.

The treatment during the whole process was extremelly professional and individualized and with a lot of details before each interview. I do no see really nothing to be improved.

Gloor & Lang takes a lot of time to get to know the applicants and creates a very professional portfolio from the information gained, which you pass on to the companies. The consultants have very good knowledge of the life science/pharmaceutical/chemical industry, a good overview of open positions and, in some cases, good contacts with the respective entrepreneurs. Applicants are regularly suggested suitable positions and are supported with tips for job interviews and application documents.

During the holiday seasons there are sometimes slight delays due to absences. Perhaps a better model could be found here to provide applicants with complete support even in the absence of an employee.

The company has very clear processes and I don t think in any thing to be improved.

The employees of Gloor&Lang are very professional and supportive in any point of view and they do really care about their employers which i really appreciate even if it's not related to work. They have always an open ear for every issue!
