Based on my brief impression, I can't point out anything in particular about this.

I see room for improvement, particularly in the organization and supervision of open house events. Applicants should be given the opportunity to get to know the company, the work processes, and the team, rather than spending a long time working alone on tasks with which they have no prior experience. A better orientation and support would convey a much more professional impression. Communication during the application process could also be improved by documenting important information and agreements in writing and communicating them clearly. In addition, a more sensitive handling of personal data and application materials, as well as a more well-maintained work environment, would be desirable. After I finished the trial day, I clearly stated that I was not interested in the position. Nevertheless, a few days later, I received a rejection email. This struck me as somewhat disorganized, since I had already communicated my decision on the same day.
