Stellenwerk have friendly reception , where they attend you and hear you which work direction you want move. Stellenwerk provide workers , no matter what their previous work background , a good and promising future work.

I wish there could an app where people can more interaction with the company, hope there will be one in the future

I personally liked the communication and the personal consultation.

Basically I see no potential for improvement. I was very well advised and prepared for my job interview.

Getting feedback quickly and clear answers why it didn't fit this or that position. Well structured interview. Always got a call back if contact person didn't have time immediately.

There's not much more to say than "keep it up"! Thank you very much even if it wasn't directly enough to an intermediary.

Very nice and personal contact with me as an applicant. The team is organized and you feel taken seriously.

More transparency and cooperation in the application process, e.g. what are my chances, when will the client decide which positions fit my profile or what should I improve in my evaluation documents? Such feedback could set Stellenwerk apart from the competition. Unfortunately, most personnel consultancies do not communicate enough.

- Too few personnel in the back office, therefore very stressful - Much is demanded of one, the internship pay is not quite adequate - False promises (employment opportunities after internship)

Has success and grows quickly, the image is certainly good in the industry.

Salary is miserable and appreciation for the work hardly exists.

Very friendly employees, and very many mediation possibilities.

There is always room for improvement, but I am very satisfied with the work of the employees.
