For our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement motivated, service-oriented and technically inclined personalities as
Allrounder Cinema, Bar/Catering, Bowling and Projection (m/f/d)
for shifts during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays on an hourly wage. We especially rely on flexible support in the evenings and at weekends. The shifts are on call – depending on operational needs.
Your area of responsibility
- Friendly, proactive and sales-oriented guest care and advice
- Active sales and recommendation of our entire shop, cinema and bar range
- Preparation and professional serving of drinks and snacks in the sports bar
- Ensuring a high level of service and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Admission control and cleaning work between screenings
- Inventory management including goods control and compliance with expiry dates
- Responsibility for the cash float and correct accounting
- Ensuring the quality of image, sound, lighting, air conditioning and screen content in all auditoriums
- Training and support of our new employees
- Handling, control and management of film and event content (DCP, keys, playlist)
- Technical support of events in the areas of audio, lighting, projection, presentation technology and media playback
Your profile
- We serve our guests 7 days a week, so we expect your willingness for evening and weekend shifts and you are ready to step in flexibly if needed
- You have experience in the service, gastronomy and service sector and bring understanding as well as interest in technical processes
- Strong communication skills with very good German; other languages are an advantage
- With your open, cheerful manner you inspire our guests and actively approach them
- Enjoyment of active sales as well as the motivation to present and recommend our products convincingly
- Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style with high speed and efficiency awareness
- You remain calm in hectic situations, keep an overview and act proactively
- You enjoy working in a team, show active willingness to help and share your knowledge proactively
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Taking responsibility and an organised working style are natural for you
