Die Genossenschaft Baseltor setzt seit 1978 gastronomische und kulturelle Akzente in Solothurn. Sie beschäftigt rund 120 Mitarbeitende, bildet als Engagement für Branchennachwuchs 15 Lernende aus und führt die Betriebe Restaurant Hotel Baseltor (Slow Food bei der Kathedrale), Solheure Bar Restaurant Lounge (Solothurns Treffpunkt direkt an der Aare), Restaurant Salzhaus (innovatives Fine Dining in 300-jährigen Mauern), das La Couronne Hotel Restaurant (4-Stern Boutiquhotel mit Restaurant und Bar à vin), Viktor (Cafébar und Take Out am Marktplatz) sowie die Klosterherberge. Die Betriebe verfügen allesamt über eine autonome Führung mit leidenschaftlichen Gastgeber:innen und Kader-Teams.
