This works well in the company
A lot has changed for me as an employee. I completed my apprenticeship there as an application developer and worked for seven months as an IT support specialist and temporary staff member. This allowed me to experience many different aspects of the company as it was run back then. From the very good days to the very bad ones, I experienced just about everything imaginable there. But as is often the case, the bad memories tend to dominate, and that was true for this company as well. The past is now literally behind us, and there’s a great new momentum at Kauz Informatik. I’m happy to be part of this team again and to venture into new and exciting territory. So what’s going well? Communication among colleagues has improved, and management is now communicating more clearly what is and isn’t expected. The work environment is no longer marked by fear and mistrust. There’s a noticeably friendlier, more human, and more respectful atmosphere.
This could be improved
Kauz Informatik was founded with the goal of supporting people with disabilities in their daily lives. Over the years, the company has pursued this goal with varying degrees of commitment. Recently, the company has returned to this goal with renewed focus and, as a result, made a decision last August that marked a complete turnaround. Nearly all of the former employees have left and been replaced by a team that is 90% new. This has given the company a new boost, and it remains to be seen how well the new work environment will take hold. However, observations so far can be rated as very positive. Where do I still see room for improvement? - Communication should be honest and not reserved. - Humanity should always be taken into account. - There should be more benefits.

The team spirit among the employees has been a clear plus so far and has made a lot of things easier. The premises are also basically in order.
This could be improved
Improve the supervision ratio and deploy more specialist staff so that students and employees are not overloaded. Promote transparent and respectful communication instead of aggressive or reputationally damaging statements. Develop clear strategies and visions and communicate them openly. Promote learners seriously instead of viewing them primarily in the context of IV subsidies. Realign management culture: Respect, professionalism and equal treatment must take center stage.
