Very good employer with a wonderful working atmosphere
This works well in the company
I find Farfalla Essentials AG to be an extremely exemplary employer. Very good processes, a pleasant and social/helpful team, collegial cooperation and generally flat hierarchies. Also ideally and centrally located in Uster. Excellent work-life balance (understanding for children/families and even dog-friendly offices). Flexible working hours and home office possible. My application process went smoothly, very competent interviews, informative and professional, fast recruiting.

At the moment I don't see much room for improvement... A highly recommended employer.

Top employer - Wellbeing for all
This works well in the company
The focus here is not only on the wellbeing of customers, but also of employees. A company with a sense of purpose and a wonderful product world.
This could be improved
I don't currently see any potential for improvement. Constructive criticism can always be communicated internally.
