To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and flexible Retail Manager 80-100% who shares our passion for natural products.
In this key role, you actively shape the future of our farfalla Stores. You combine entrepreneurial thinking with genuine enthusiasm for plant power, sustainability, and people – leading our retail world with heart, clarity, and foresight.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the further development of the farfalla Stores according to our corporate strategy and sales targets
- Responsibility for managing and analysing retail-specific KPIs and deriving optimisation measures to improve performance
- Responsibility for the consistent implementation of our CI and execution of all marketing activities in the farfalla Stores
- Identification of talents as well as coaching and supporting our team leaders to enable them to inspire and effectively lead their teams
- Recruitment of new team members as well as appreciative and motivated leadership of the farfalla Stores team
- Discovery of potential new retail locations and committed establishment of new sites with dedication and entrepreneurial spirit
Your Profile
- Genuine enthusiasm for natural products and sustainability
- Further education or degree in business administration, ideally based on completed training as a druggist EFZ, pharmaceutical assistant EFZ, or retail specialist EFZ
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position, preferably in cosmetics or lifestyle retail
- Strong leadership skills as well as a structured, efficient, and process-oriented working style
- Sales strength, empathy, and the ability to inspire customers and employees alike
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, high IT affinity, and enjoyment of continuous development
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
