Yesterday I applied for the advertised position of Call Agent Private Equity because the advertisement appealed to me because of its originality. This morning I already got a call from Venstone AG and was invited for an interview:). They answered all my questions openly and competently, even regarding the salary. I'm looking forward to the interview!

This works well in the company

I've been with Venstone AG for 3 months, but I feel like I've been here 5 years:). In the beginning it was still such a thing with the cold call I needed a while until I could overcome my inhibitions on the phone but that is completely normal, especially if one brings no experience in outbound. In the meantime I enjoy my work very much and you can see that on my account at the end of the month. The atmosphere is friendly, the application process was very uncomplicated and pleasant.

I am shocked by the negative valuations of Venstone AG. I've been working here for 3 weeks, was very quickly integrated and already had a small degree:) But what I have to mention: you need strong nerves, this job is not for people who just want to spend their time in the office. Then one is understandably fast away from the window and has enough time here completely exaggerated, reputation-damaging evaluations to give.

Work and team is okey, but the investments the company sells are unfortunately not professional. Extremely high commissions (according to ktipp -50%) what is not serious for this area or even usury. I do not find it correct to increase such commission without informing the investor.

I worked at Venstone AG for almost 1 year and still today I think it was an experience-rich and cool time. Office space top, family team, casual boss and very good earning opportunities. If you have the will to phone 8 hours intensively and motivated, you will be very well paid at the end of the month. Legendary company events and spontaneous aperitif evenings are the extra goodie ;)
