This works well in the company

Very low wage for long working hours with several hours breaks in between: Example, from 8-12 and 17-21:30! 3 languages are not rewarded, all deserve the same as in communism. So someone with only knowledge of German receives the same salary as someone with DE, FR and EN knowledge.

This could be improved

Very outdated infrastructure, such as PC, chair, headphones and furniture. Gives many employers with better working conditions, which your employees actually appreciate.
