L'administration communale du Mont-sur-Lausanne est organisée en services selon cet organigramme. On trouve d'une part les services administratifs, tous situés dans le bâtiment communal de Crétalaison et d'autre part les services dit "techniques" dont les directions se trouvent également dans le bâtiment communal de Crétalaison, mais où les équipes sont stationnées sur le terrain, que ce soit dans le bâtiment de Manloud pour la Voirie ou les Espaces verts ou dans les collèges et bâtiments communaux pour les agents d'exploitation.
