We are very sorry that you have such an impression of our company. We would like to have more details about your statements regarding the allegedly incorrectly billed hours and the treatment by your supervisor or others. Through the digital scheduling tool, we have a system that accounts for 99% of the hours correctly. The employee is responsible for the other 1%, as, for example, extensions of service must be entered in the system by the employee. If we do not have this entry, it can happen that the hours are not accounted for correctly. As a service-oriented company, we also have an interest in the correct billing of hours, as these reports are sent directly to our customers. We would appreciate your feedback (to info@vuech.ch).
