Everything was actually great, easy money, good training, little stress, I only changed because I wanted to study again.

The 12th & 13th monthly wages are paid early. I received them long before Christmas. The requirements are clear, line managers communicate clearly and people help each other.

Salary good, just according to the CLA but there would still be potential, but it is even better than with other providers due to the additional benefits.

There is no communication. Management rarely available and incompetent. Regional manager has no desire to respond to employees. Wage absolute minimum

Unfortunately, it is difficult to write something about it. There were good times, but they are partly in the past. The good ones are all gone.

You don't even get the boots or the belt for the work. You have to buy everything yourself (you don't even get the pepper spray from the company), even if it's a dangerous mission for the employee... - "Safety is nothing".

Instead of hiring several part-time employees at minimum wages, it is better to bring in a permanent employee with attractive conditions. There is a lack of respectful treatment on the executive floor, as well as a lack of critical faculties. No one dares to make suggestions for improvement, otherwise they could somehow be dismissed. Invest more in the employees and encourage them... Provide all the equipment for free and not charge the employee. Stop selling the trainings to the employees - sometimes you pay full price, sometimes the next ones get the training for 50% off ?!!! Customer marketing and not employee marketing....

Everything so far. All hours are correctly accounted for by the electronic time recording and the wage always comes on time.
