This could be improved

Since the merger between Sanacare and Centramed, unfortunately also earlier poor communication. - Working hours are adjusted without consulting the team - Only 5 weeks before completely new work schedule is presented. No possibility to react. - MPA team very dissatisfied, because in the last months many promises were made, which were not kept. It is to be hoped very much that this is only a temporary condition!
