Since I have only been with the company for a relatively short time, I have not yet identified any significant areas for improvement. For me, the transition to this position also meant moving from many years of operational work with managerial responsibilities into a new work environment. Therefore, my initial focus was on familiarizing myself with my new responsibilities, processes, and structures. I find the genuine appreciation shown toward employees, the respectful interactions, and the open, cross-departmental collaboration particularly positive. Information is shared transparently, and professional exchange across team and departmental boundaries is actively encouraged. So far, I have found the company to be supportive, modern, and well-organized. Therefore, I cannot offer any specific suggestions for improvement at this time. Should opportunities for optimization arise in the future, I am confident that, thanks to the open corporate culture, these can be constructively brought to the table and further developed collaboratively.

- A great team! Collaboration—even across departments—works really well. - The people are incredibly friendly and open. - The indoor climate is sometimes (in the height of summer and winter) a bit uncomfortable. But that should improve once we move into the new headquarters (hopefully) - The IT infrastructure is limiting and cumbersome
