As in any company, there are small areas for improvement. We’re constantly evaluating what can be optimized and digitized, which I find very positive.

I absolutely love working here. What makes this employer special to me is the culture. Here, appreciation isn’t just talked about—you can feel it every day. Everyone treats each other as equals, regardless of their role. The informal “you” culture is second nature, and the hierarchies are so flat that you can bring up ideas or concerns at any time. Our CEO is approachable, genuinely interested in the employees, and takes the time to listen when someone has a concern. That’s not something you can take for granted these days, and it makes a huge difference to me. You can also tell in our day-to-day work that we have a modern approach here. Thanks to the mobile care carts and well-organized processes, we have more time for what care is really all about: our residents. We can build relationships, provide individualized support, and don’t feel like we’re just rushing from task to task. Quality is a top priority for us. ISO certification isn’t just a label—it’s evident in our day-to-day work. At the same time, people always remain the focus—both our residents and our staff. On top of that, there are many attractive benefits, really good food, and a team that sticks together. We support one another, laugh together, and pull in the same direction. The locker rooms and staff break area are very nice. For me, this is an employer where modern care, genuine camaraderie, and appreciation go hand in hand. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll enjoy coming to work and can continue to grow, this is the perfect fit.

There is still some room for improvement in the air conditioning of certain areas on very hot days. At the same time, this issue is already being actively addressed: The planned new building will feature modern ventilation and cooling systems. The beautiful location with a lake view and the ongoing investments in infrastructure demonstrate that development is being continuously advanced.

I really enjoy working at this company. I especially appreciate the respectful way we treat one another and the strong teamwork. New employees are well trained, and you can always count on support if you have questions. The work is varied and meaningful, as the well-being of patients is the top priority. Collaboration with the various professional groups also works very well on a day-to-day basis. Ideas and suggestions for improvement are taken seriously, and supervisors are approachable. Of course—as is typical in the healthcare sector—there are also challenging and demanding days. Nevertheless, there’s a strong sense of camaraderie, so challenges are overcome together. Overall, I can recommend this employer with a clear conscience. Anyone looking for a supportive work environment, a dedicated team, and meaningful work will be in good hands here.

The facility is located in beautiful surroundings, which provides a pleasant working environment for both residents and staff. The workload is distributed fairly, and there is regular feedback and opportunities for personal and professional development.
