The work processes are neatly structured and the company meets high quality standards in all areas. This is the only way to meet the quality requirements of customers. Employees have the opportunity to receive further training both internally and externally. This offer is also actively used. In some cases, further training is also part of the job profile and is financed from day 0 of employment. Such training is expensive and does not have to be paid back by the employee (even if he or she leaves the company during the probationary period). Compared to other companies I know, TFB AG spends a lot of time and resources in favor of the employees and to promote the working atmosphere. An annual barbecue is held for all employees and their families. Alternately, an annual dinner (for employees only) and a business outing (paid work time) are organized, and then the following year an annual dinner with partners. This is extremely generous and anything but the norm!

Managing employees in a company with many academics and employees working on construction sites is extremely demanding. The demands of the various employee levels on the company management are very different. There is probably no way to change this - the only thing that can be done is to promote mutual understanding.
