I’ve only been with the company for a few weeks, but I’m very happy with everything. The work environment is friendly, respectful, and professional. Everything is very well organized, and I was able to get up to speed very quickly. No two days are alike—exactly what I was looking for. Anyone interested in security in general, or traffic control in particular, should definitely check out Outsec. I highly recommend it. HEC

I haven’t been with the company long enough to offer any meaningful feedback. Overall, I don’t see anything that needs improvement. The assignments are clearly defined. Even when you arrive at a new assignment location for the first time, you have all the information you need in advance to do a thorough job. And if you do have any questions, there’s a very supportive back office team that clears them up right away. HEC

I really like the work environment and how well the company is organized. Everything is managed through apps, and you can view your work schedules, pay stubs, and everything else online.

i didn’t work with them but i went through the interview process and it was really bad. We had a phone interview which went pretty well or so it seemed and then we had a in person meeting. The interviewer arrived 15 minutes late and basically berated me for 7 minutes on why “people like me” wouldn’t work well in this position. He acknowledged that he wasted my time but he said he wanted to see me in person to confirm “his suspicions”. This felt deeply violating and we had talked already and there was a picture of myself in my resume, it felt like a humiliation ritual to make me come to the office to berate me when you they already knew how and who i was and my capabilities.

A bit less arrogance and more respect to individuals would be nice

When I got the employment contract it went well for 1-3 months but then it just went downhill. You are no longer valued. The company doesn't accommodate your wishes at all. You don't even get proper training. There isn't even any training in the area of patrols or security services. And if you have any questions while you're on duty, you're on your own.

You can't, you make suggestions but nothing is implemented. Many things are promised but not kept. The salary, management position and working conditions should be improved and planning should be better considered and planned more professionally. For this reason I will leave this company.

The time up to the employment contract was good. After that, I can't recommend anything. Above all, there is a lack of well-qualified specialist staff. For example, police officers also help out in the security service, although no further training has been completed for these areas of responsibility. The company also only offers the traffic service or OBV course.

Unfortunately, suggestions have so far yielded nothing. For this reason, I will be leaving the company soon.

There are also exciting jobs, but for me the negative outweighs the positive.

I am currently employed by outsec and unfortunately cannot recommend the company as an employer.

For me, outsec was like a small family. We know each other and the communication is great.

Very great team. In the back office we had a very good time and the work was never boring. Could go to individual assignments with what had pleased me very much. Technically already super there which simplified the whole work quite and had pleased me very much.

Unfortunately, there are quite a lot of short-term orders in the security industry, which made it very difficult to always plan everything exactly. However, you can not change much here but rather become more flexible and spontaneous.
