Our wages are based on the collective labour agreement for the security industry. The starting salary at 100% is now just under CHF 4,400. After each year of service, the salary increases up to a maximum of the 13th year of service. After that, the minimum income is over CHF 5,000. Many employees are given the opportunity to enter the security industry without a professional qualification, receive paid training and can develop their skills. In our view, these are not such bad conditions. However, employees often have misconceptions about the opportunities offered by the employer. As long as customers can hire security companies at dumping prices, serious companies come under pressure. The employees are the ones who suffer and more than the minimum wage according to the GAV is not possible. This is also disturbing for the employer, not only for the employee. The VSSU and its members (including us) are striving to achieve long-term improvements in the market. Step by step, this is also the case, but we and the association can't do magic either.

Top work - super working climate
