On behalf of our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, Swisslinx is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate.
The team you will join deals with the GMP-compliant processing of deviations, complaints and complex quality issues and thus serves to ensure the high quality of products for customers. Contact with national and international health authorities is part of the teams daily business.
Location: Bern
Start date: Asap
Duration: 12 months'
Work type: Remote work possible but first 3 months are on site
Workload: 100%
Your mission:
* Coordinating and investigating product complaints and adverse reaction reports
* Ensuring that investigations are carried out on time and to the required quality (in some cases across sites) and carrying out CAPA actions
* Preparation of communications with authorities
* Collaboration with the production areas and other interfaces within the company
* Preparation of authority audits/inspections and support in responding to inquiries from authorities
Your background:
* Very good language skills in German and English (oral and written)
* Degree in Life Sciences (preferably in pharmacy, chemistry or biology), and ideally have experience in a pharmaceutical company and in the GMP environment
* High level of social competence, the ability to work in a team, enthusiasm, networked thinking, strong communication skills and a precise and reliable way of working. You are also flexible, used to working independently as well as in a team, set clear priorities and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
