We manufacture machines and systems for process engineering, especially pneumatic conveying systems, dosing and mixing plants. Our customers include renowned companies from the food industry, chemical, construction chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Business Application Manager - Focus on ERP (m/f)

Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the stable, secure, and economical operation of our ERP system as well as other central business applications and interfaces. In doing so, you also further develop their interaction
• You manage configurations, data, users, roles, permissions, workflows, and reports
• You take over license management and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and operational requirements
• You participate in application projects and independently lead sub-projects
• You coordinate requirements and solutions with users, process owners, internal departments, service providers, and manufacturers
• You train users, maintain documentation, and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer
• You create and maintain application-related extensions such as EDI interfaces, reports, scripts, and forms
• You take responsibility for further business applications according to prioritisation and agreement

Your profile and qualifications

You have training or further education in computer science, business informatics, application development, or a comparable field. Equivalent practical experience in the application environment is also welcome. A background in software development fits particularly well with tasks related to EDI interfaces, reports, scripts, and forms.

• You bring practical experience in supporting an ERP system or comparable business applications
• You understand business processes and can capture requirements in a structured way and translate them into pragmatic technical solutions
• You have practical experience with data queries, reporting, or automation, for example with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power Query, OLAP, or comparable technologies
• You understand the technical environment of business applications and move confidently within a typical application stack: Windows Server, databases, web servers, and basic network contexts. You do not have to be a specialist everywhere. What matters is that you recognise dependencies, systematically narrow down errors, and involve the right internal or external parties if necessary
• You work independently, systematically, and responsibly and keep an overview even with parallel topics
• You communicate confidently with users, process owners, internal departments, and external partners
• You have very good German and good English skills
• It is more important to us that you bring a solid technical foundation, initiative, and willingness to learn than that you already master every technology used. We will specifically train you in our systems and processes; you will build up missing knowledge with the support of the team in everyday work
