Measurement Technician, Specialist in Occupational Safety / Occupational Hygiene

Since 1999, we have been successfully offering companies, organisations, and authorities professional services for environmental protection, health, and safety.

We are looking for a competent measurement technician, specialist in occupational safety / occupational hygiene, starting July 2021 or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Planning and conducting workplace measurements
• Planning and conducting indoor air measurements
• Creating documentation, measurement reports
• With suitable qualifications and experience also
• Preparation of assessments, risk evaluations
• Preparation of investigation reports, expert opinions, and assessments
• Creation of protection and safety concepts
• Conducting audits, operational or construction site inspections
• Advising clients, negotiating with authorities
• Instructions and training

Our requirements

• Successful completion of a technical or scientific degree or vocational training in the field of analytics, measurement technology, chemistry, biology and corresponding professional further education
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the industrial, construction, chemical or pharmaceutical sector, preferably also in handling hazardous substances
• Training according to EKAS 6508, specialist in occupational safety, or training in occupational hygiene (SGAH) or an equivalent further education abroad
• Experience in planning, organising and conducting measurements
• Strong character, reliable and warm-hearted personality
• Systematic, careful and practice-oriented working method
• Good communication skills in spoken and written form (Swiss German + German), preferably also English for contact with clients, authorities and for report preparation
• Driver's licence (Cat. B)
