To strengthen our team in Steinhausen ZG, we are looking for an employee for

Sales Consulting and Sanitary / Heating Warehouse 100%

As an innovative company, we ensure that drinking water flows in buildings throughout Switzerland. For this purpose, we develop, produce and distribute pioneering complete solutions for sanitary and heating technology with around 500 employees.

Your tasks

• Professional advice and service to customers at the counter
• Inspection, storage, issuance and provision of goods
• Receipt and processing of customer orders and complaints
• Receipt and processing of personal as well as telephone enquiries / orders
• Accurate management of stock levels and conducting inventory

Your profile

• Basic training in sanitary or heating installation with sanitary experience
• Experience in customer service
• High customer and service orientation as well as flexibility
• Good PC user skills (MS Office)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Flawless German skills in spoken and written form
